Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of moderately complex construction projects.
• Manages preconstruction activities including bidding, buyout, and schedule development.
• Coordinates with owners, architects, engineers, vendors and subcontractors.
• Prepares and manages project budget, cost forecasting and risk analysis.
• Leads safety culture and implements Lean principles.
