Job summary

Kokosing is seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate construction activities for a range of industrial projects in Columbus, OH. The role involves overseeing project engineers, superintendents, and foremen to meet schedule and budget targets.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management with 10+ years of construction experience; PE is a plus but not required. Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 10+ years of experience in construction, design, finance and management.
• PE credentialing not required but a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain liaison with prime client to facilitate construction activities.
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards.
• Direct and coordinate project personnel to ensure on-time, on-budget progress.
• Manage project financials and report progress to stakeholders.
• Lead daily field coordination and safety kickoff meetings.
