Job summary

Kokosing, Inc. is seeking a seasoned construction leader to plan, direct, and coordinate activities for large industrial projects such as water/wastewater facilities and production facilities.

The role focuses on achieving scope, schedule, and budget goals while managing engineers, superintendents, and foremen on site. Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, 8+ years of experience, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management required.
• 8+ years' experience/knowledge of construction, design, finance, and management.
• PE credentialing not required but a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain liaison with prime client to facilitate construction activities.
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards.
• Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure schedule and budget adherence.
• Establish work plan and staffing for each phase of project and recruit or assign personnel.
• Oversee on-site progress to ensure safety, schedule, and budget compliance.
• Lead project meetings and mentor team members.
