Job summary

Kokosing is seeking an experienced Construction Project Leader in Westerville, Ohio to steer mega or multiple projects across markets, coordinating subcontractors and self-perform teams. You will define plans, manage budgets, and drive safety and quality.

The role emphasizes client liaison, schedule integrity, and financial accountability. Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s in Engineering/Construction Management, 10+ years’ experience, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• PE and/or DBIA credentialing is not required but is a strong plus.
• 10+ years’ experience/knowledge of construction, contracts, design, finance, and management.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains project delivery with supervision of the in-house team and trade partners.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and self-performing trades to meet goals.
• Establish objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards for projects.
• Direct staff to outline work plans, assign duties and delegate authority.
• Manage project budgets and schedules to deliver on time and within funding limits.
• Maintain client relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
