Job summary

Kokosing Industrial, Inc. seeks an experienced construction leader to plan, direct, and coordinate industrial projects including water/wastewater facilities, data centers, and production facilities.

You will manage Project Engineers, Superintendents and Foremen, ensuring work progresses on schedule and within budget while maintaining safety standards. The role requires strong CPM scheduling, financial oversight, and stakeholder coordination with clients and government agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• PE credentialing is not required but is a strong plus.
• 7+ years' experience/knowledge of construction, design, finance, and management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain liaison with prime client to facilitate construction activities.
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards.
• Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure work progresses on schedule and within budget.
• Monitor and control construction through on-site supervision to ensure safety, schedule and budget compliance.
• Lead project team in daily field coordination meetings and weekly schedule reviews.
• Mentor and develop career progression of team members.
