Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressively responsible construction experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Proven success managing large or complex construction projects and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Champion project safety, quality, scheduling, and risk management.
• Maintain accountability for forecasting, budgeting, billing, cash flow and financial performance.
• Lead administration of prime contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and change management.
• Evaluate cost impacts, forecast variances, and contractual risks; implement corrective actions.
• Mentor Project Managers, Assistant PMs, and Project Engineers.
• Build long-term relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and partners.
