Job summary

Fres-co System USA, Inc. in Austin, TX seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead project teams from preconstruction through turnover. You will partner with senior field leaders to deliver complex projects while fostering an environment where team members flourish.

The role emphasizes cost control, scheduling, and coordination across estimating, design, and operations to ensure successful project outcomes and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture or related field.
• 10-15 years of relevant project management experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency with CMiC, PlanGrid, P6 and Excel.
• Experience leading large-scale construction projects (> $60M).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Develop bid strategies, vendor negotiations and change order management.
• Monitor cost control, cash flow, and risk across projects.
• Coordinate with estimating, design, and field teams for project success.
• Present to Owners and maintain client relationships.
