Job summary
Fres-co System USA, Inc. is seeking a Field Engineer to support field operations on a California project in Irvine. You will assist senior superintendents with schedule prep, safety enforcement, and coordinating material deliveries while maintaining accurate project records.
Ideal candidates have a four-year degree in a related field or 1–3 years of field experience, plus basic computer skills. This on-site role offers competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth within the project
Qualifications
- Four-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or equivalent, or 1–3 years of field experience
- Proficiency in basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiar with scheduling software such as Microsoft Project or P6 and PM software like Prolog, Viewpoint, CMiC
Responsibilities
- Assist with the initial preparation and maintenance of project schedules
- Support development and enforcement of site safety programs
- Coordinate material deliveries and field inspections
- Maintain project documents and QA/QC program documentation
- Attend and document weekly Foreman meetings and safety meetings
