As Senior Estimator, you will coordinate with engineers, managers and subcontractors, applying industry standards, WEO guidelines, and risk assessment to optimize bid outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent.
• Experience leading GMP and hard bid estimates.

Responsibilities

• Lead estimator on GMP and hard bid efforts.
• Develop conceptual estimates from schematic plans with the team.
• Guide project engineers and managers during preconstruction.
