Job summary

Alberici Constructors, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale construction projects from Memphis, TN.

You will develop and manage estimates, budgets, and schedules, supervise subcontractors, and ensure quality and regulatory compliance across projects. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in construction or related field and about 10 years of PM experience, with demonstrated ability to manage projects over $50 million.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction or related field.
• 10 years of experience in project engineering or construction PM.
• Experience managing projects over $50 million.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages project estimates, budgets, and schedules.
• Controls costs and reviews labor productivity reports.
• Reviews change orders and negotiates with clients.
• Coordinates startup with internal/external teams.
• Manages subcontractor performance and safety compliance.
• Provides coaching to Project Managers and maintains client relationships.
