Alberici Constructors is seeking a Project Manager to lead budgets, schedules, and cost controls on complex North American projects from our St. Louis area leadership.

The role oversees estimates, change orders, and billing while supervising subcontractors to meet quality and safety standards. Qualified candidates will have a construction-related Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of project management experience, with exposure to multi‑million-dollar projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree related to the construction industry and 5 years’ experience in project engineering or construction project management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain estimates, budgets, and schedules.
• Oversee change orders, billing, and cost control to ensure project profitability.
• Supervise subcontractor performance and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate project startup, staffing, and labor productivity reporting.
