Job summary

Alberici Constructors seeks a Sr. Project Manager to lead complex construction projects across North America. You will develop and control estimates, supervise project teams, coordinate with estimators and business development, and ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance on site.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree related to the construction industry and about 10 years of project management experience, including projects over $50 million in value. Travel up to 85% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree related to the construction industry and 10+ years of experience in project engineering or construction project management.
• Experience with projects exceeding $50 million in value.
• Willingness to travel across North America (up to 85%).

Responsibilities

• Develops, maintains, updates, and manages estimates and project costs.
• Supervises Project Managers, Subcontractors, and staff to ensure quality and performance.
• Reviews costs, change orders, and billing; ensures risks are identified and managed.
