Job summary

Alberici Constructors is seeking a Project Manager to develop, maintain and manage estimates, schedules, and the billing process on complex North American projects. You will supervise Project Engineers and Superintendents and partner with clients and subcontractors to deliver on time and on budget.

Ideal candidates have a Construction Management degree and at least five years of project management experience on large-scale projects, with a focus on safety, quality and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction or related field.
• At least 5 years in project engineering or construction PM.
• Experience with projects over $20M.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains project estimates, schedules, and budgets.
• Oversees change orders and billing processes.
• Supervises project team including Project Engineers and Superintendents.
• Monitors costs against estimates and manages cash flow.
• Ensures safety and quality compliance on projects.
