Alberici is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex construction projects from development through closeout. You will supervise estimators, superintendents and subcontractors, ensure schedule adherence, manage change orders, and drive project profitability while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires extensive experience on projects over $50 million, strong cost accounting knowledge, and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams in North America.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in construction/engineering or related field (10/10).
• Approximately 10+ years of experience in project engineering or construction project management.
• Experience with large-scale projects (>$50 million) and cost control processes.

Responsabilidades

• Develops, maintains and manages estimates, schedules and budgets for projects.
• Supervises subcontractor performance and change orders; analyzes labor productivity.
• Ensures safety, quality, regulatory compliance and timely payments.
• Directs project startup, client communications and risk management.
• Mentors project managers and staff; supports career development.
