Job summary

Alberici Constructors, Inc. seeks a Sr. Project Manager to lead budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and change orders on large North American projects. You will supervise subcontractors, ensure quality and safety, and monitor performance.

• 10+ years in project engineering or construction PM with projects over $50 million.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains project budgets, schedules, and cost controls.
• Reviews and manages change orders and billing to protect project financials.
• Supervises subcontractor performance to meet quality and safety standards.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and project startup activities.
• Mentors and coordinates Project Managers to achieve objectives.
