Job summary

Alberici Constructors, Inc. in Memphis, TN is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to develop estimates, monitor performance, and manage change orders and billing under the direction of a Project Manager.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in construction or a related field and 3–6 years of experience in project engineering or construction management, with exposure to moderate-scale projects. We offer comprehensive benefits and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field or equivalent.
• 3–6 years of experience in project engineering or construction project management.
• Experience with moderate-scope projects and coordinating with subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Develops, maintains, updates, and manages estimates and project cost controls.
• Oversees scheduling, change orders, and billing to ensure cash flow.
• Supervises subcontractor performance and ensures quality and regulatory compliance.
• Supports project startup, planning, and coordination with the VP/PD/PM and Senior Estimator.
• Leads daily meetings and coordination with the project team and client.
