Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree related to the construction industry.
• 10 years’ experience in project engineering, construction project management, or related activities with exposure to projects >$50M.

Responsibilities

• Develops, updates, distributes and manages project estimates and cost control.
• Oversees change orders and the project billing process.
• Supervises subcontractor performance and ensures project quality and regulatory compliance.
• Manages project startup, labor productivity reporting and risk management.
