Job summary

Alberici Constructors seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead estimates, monitor cost control, and oversee change orders and billing across complex construction programs. You will supervise the project team, ensure quality and regulatory compliance, and drive on-time, on-budget delivery.

Responsibilities include startup management, cost reviews, and coaching the Project Manager group, while maintaining client and subcontractor relationships across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree related to the construction industry.
• 10 years’ experience in project engineering, construction project management, or related activities with exposure to projects over $50 million.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and change-order management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops, maintains, updates, distributes and manages estimates.
• Oversees change orders, billing, and subcontractor performance.
• Monitors safety, quality and regulatory compliance on projects.
• Reviews costs against estimates and ensures positive financial performance.
• Coaches Project Managers and builds relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
