Job summary

Alberici Constructors, a North American construction company, is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex programs across North America. You will develop estimates, monitor performance of the Superintendent, and oversee change orders and billing while ensuring quality and safety.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in construction and at least five years in project engineering or project management for large-scale projects. Will travel to client sites and manage multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction-related field.
• At least 5 years in project engineering or construction project management for large-scale projects (> $20 million).

Responsibilities

• Develops, maintains and manages project estimates and cost control.
• Oversees the Superintendent and subcontractor performance to ensure quality and schedule.
• Manages project start-up, master schedule, and change orders; reviews costs against estimates.
• Ensures billing accuracy and project cash flow; travels to sites as required.
