Job summary

Kokosing is seeking a senior Project Executive to preside over one or more large-scale construction projects. The role covers markets including advanced manufacturing and heavy industrial, with responsibility for safety, schedule, budget, and client relations.

You will direct the project delivery team, coordinate with subcontractors and self-perform trades, and ensure project goals are met. A strong leadership background and 10+ years in construction are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience/knowledge of construction, contracts, design, finance, and management.
• PE and/or DBIA credentialing is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain project and company culture through active engagement, open communication and support for all team members and stakeholders.
• Initiate and maintain liaison with prime client to facilitate project delivery.
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within corporate and client policies.
• Confers with project staff to outline work plans, assign duties and delegate authority.
• Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of project and coordinates with senior management for recruitment.
• Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to keep work on schedule and within budget.
• Reviews project proposals to determine timeframes, funding limitations, procedures and resources.
• Reviews status reports and adjusts schedules as needed.
• Prepares project reports for management and clients.
