Job summary

Kokosing seeks a Project Executive to provide senior management and program oversight for one or more large-scale construction projects. You will lead the project delivery team, coordinate with subcontractors, and maintain strong client relationships to achieve safety, schedule, and budget goals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Construction Management, 10+ years in construction, and strong leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• PE and/or DBIA credentialing is not required but is a strong plus.
• 10+ years’ experience/knowledge of construction, contracts, design, finance, and management required.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains project and company culture through active engagement and open communication.
• Initiates liaison with prime client to facilitate project delivery and establishes objectives and standards.
• Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure progress on schedule and within budget.
• Receives and reviews status reports, adjusts schedules, and prepares project reports for management and client.
• Leads project meetings and mentors team members to support career development.
