Job summary

Kokosing, Inc. is seeking a Project Executive to provide senior-level oversight for one or more large-scale construction projects, including manufacturing, technology, and power installations.

You will lead the project delivery team, manage client relationships, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety, schedule and budget adherence while aligning with corporate policies and strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• PE and/or DBIA credentialing is not required but is a strong plus.
• 10+ years' experience/knowledge of construction, contracts, design, finance, and management required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain project and company culture through engagement and open communication.
• Establish project objectives, policies and performance standards.
• Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure work progresses on schedule and within budget.
• Mentor and assist with career development of team members.
• Coordinate project activities with governmental agencies and subcontractors.
• Lead project meetings and participate in strategic planning as related to assigned market(s).
