Job summary

Kokosing, Inc. seeks a seasoned Project Executive to lead large-scale construction initiatives. The PX will oversee delivery, manage teams, coordinate with clients, and ensure safety, schedule, and budget across manufacturing and infrastructure markets.

Ideal candidate has 10+ years’ leadership in construction, exceptional communication, and a proven track record delivering complex projects on time and within funding constraints. This role is based in Maryland, USA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management is required.
• PE and/or DBIA credentialing is not required but a strong plus.
• 10+ years’ experience/knowledge of construction, contracts, design, finance, and management.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-up, ensuring project goals are accomplished safely, within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.
• Manages the project delivery team; directs the in-house supervisory team and key trade partners.
• Oversees project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within corporate/client guidelines.
• Plans work, assigns duties, and delegates authority to project staff.
• Staffing and recruitment coordination for each phase of the project.
• Directs activities to ensure work progresses on schedule and within budget; reviews plans and resources.
• Prepares reports for management/clients and provides technical guidance to resolve issues.
• Coordinates with governmental agencies and subcontractors; monitors CPM-based schedules and on-site safety and economics.
