BW Design Group seeks a senior Project Director, Construction to lead regional industrial projects from concept through closeout. You will guide teams across design-build and EPC efforts for clients in Food, Beverage, Life Science, and related markets, ensuring schedule, budget, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in diverse construction roles and 8+ years in construction management and leading teams.
• Proven ability to lead complex industrial construction projects end-to-end.
• Construction and Design Build acumen with experience in food, beverage, life science or related sectors.
• Excellent leadership and team development skills.
• Proven track record managing industrial projects valued between $50K and $50M.
• Familiarity with process systems and reading P&IDs.
• Safety-focused with experience implementing safety programs and monitoring jobsite safety.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, AHJ meetings, and site visits.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional construction engagements from initial client meetings to project closeouts.
• Develop design-build and EPC projects with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure alignment with budget, schedule, quality, and safety standards.
• Oversee procurement, estimating, and proposal development for projects.
