Job summary

BW Design Group is seeking a Director, Client Development (Food & Beverage Manufacturing - Design Build/EPC) to lead large-scale capital programs. You will own bookings, pricing, and commercial strategy, engaging with client executives to align investments with growth and regulatory needs across processing, packaging, utilities, and facilities.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading capital programs in DB/EPC environments.
• Experience with food/beverage, CPG, or regulated production facilities.
• Ownership of work scope, pricing, and delivery execution.

Responsibilities

• Own bookings targets, pricing strategy, and commercial positioning.
• Lead pursuit strategy and executive presentations; negotiate terms.
• Coordinate SMEs to deliver integrated DB/EPC solutions.
• Oversee pipeline governance, forecasting, and CRM discipline.
• Serve as executive sponsor from execution to closeout.
