Qualifications

• 15+ years in diverse construction roles.
• 8+ years in construction management and leading teams.
• Experience with industrial facilities projects (food, beverage, life science, packaging).
• Strong leadership, risk management, and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional construction engagements from client meetings to project closeout.
• Oversee Design-Build and EPC projects with focus on schedule, budget, and safety.
• Develop proposals and scopes of work with senior leadership.
• Mentor and develop project teams, ensuring capacity aligns with demand.
• Ensure quality and regulatory compliance across projects.
