Job summary

BW Design Group is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our team in the United States. You will lead capital projects across food, beverage, and life science sectors, coordinating with in‑house design teams, engineers, and clients to deliver high‑quality solutions on time and within budget.

You will drive project execution from inception to close‑out, manage safety, scheduling, and costs, and ensure compliance with plans and specifications while maintaining strong client relationships

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in construction roles (project engineer, site superintendent, or construction project manager)
• Experience as a construction manager with industrial structures in relevant industries is preferred
• Experience negotiating contracts and assembling bids for final presentation
• Read and interpret P&IDs and manage project risks, schedules, and budgets

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects in food, beverage, and life science sectors with internal design teams and subcontractors
• Oversee project execution from inception to close-out including planning, scheduling, resources, budgets
• Generate monthly project control reports and manage safety and quality on site
• Review subcontractor contracts and proposals for conformity to schedule and scope
• Coordinate subcontractor and supplier requirements to meet project timelines
• Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and regulatory standards
• Lead jobsite meetings and oversee progress, closeout activities, and risk management
• Relate with clients to strengthen trust and deliver value on projects
