Job summary

BW Design Group, part of Barry-Wehmiller, seeks a Project Director, Construction to lead regional industrial projects from conception to closeout. You will guide teams, manage budgets, schedules, and client relations for food & beverage, life sciences, and manufacturing facilities.

You will mentor teams, drive design-build and EPC initiatives, and uphold safety and quality standards. A strong background in industrial construction and leadership is required.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in diverse construction roles.
• 8+ years in construction management and leading teams.
• Experience with industrial projects valued from $50K to $50M.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from conception to delivery with client alignment.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and contract negotiations.
• Oversee design-build and EPC initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor and develop project teams to achieve excellence.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
