• Experience in Construction and A&E design build projects, preferably in food/bev/life science sectors
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Experience managing projects valued between $50K and $50M
• Familiarity with process systems and ability to read P&IDs
• Safety-focused with experience implementing safety programs and monitoring jobsite safety
• Proficiency with project management software and scheduling tools

• Lead in risk assessment, contract negotiations, and pricing decisions
• Serve as primary client liaison and develop proposals defining scope and objectives
