You will guide projects from conception to completion, working with a team of experts to deliver design-build and EPC solutions for clients in food, life science, and manufacturing sectors.

The role requires 15+ years in construction, 8+ years in management, strong leadership, risk and contract savvy, and a proven track record managing projects from small to $50M+.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in diverse construction roles and 8+ years in construction management.
• Proven ability to lead complex industrial construction projects end-to-end.
• Experience with Construction and Design-Build projects, especially in industrial sectors.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Proven track record managing industrial projects from $50K to $50M.
• Familiarity with process systems and ability to read P&IDs.
• Safety-focused with experience implementing safety programs.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.
• Willingness to travel for client, AHJ, and site meetings.

Responsibilities

• Guide projects from conception to fruition, aligning with client and organizational objectives.
• Lead risk assessment, contract negotiations, and decisions on fees and pricing.
• Serve as primary client liaison for market leaders.
• Identify new opportunities and help develop proposals defining scope.
• Maintain budget and financial oversight across project lifecycle.
• Lead construction and design-build initiatives, including estimating and proposals.
• Ensure estimates, schedules, and scopes meet client expectations.
• Mentor and develop project teams; lead by example.
• Oversee construction activities and ensure safety and quality compliance.
• Develop design-build and EPC projects with our AEC team.
