You will drive bid development, risk assessment, and contract decisions while maintaining safety, quality, and budget controls. This role emphasizes leadership, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in diverse construction roles.
• 8+ years in construction management and leading teams.
• Experience with industrial facilities and design-build projects.
• Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
• Experience managing projects valued $50K–$50M.

Responsibilities

• Guide projects from conception to fruition, aligning with client and organizational objectives.
• Lead in risk assessment, contract negotiations, and making critical fee and pricing decisions.
• Manage budget, schedule, and ensure client expectations regarding scope, aesthetics, and safety.
• Develop proposals and identify new opportunities that define the scope of work.
