BW Design Group is seeking a seasoned Construction Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale manufacturing projects in food, beverage, and life sciences. You will coordinate design teams, engineers, and subcontractors while managing budgets, schedules, and safety on-site.

You will bring 12+ years of construction experience, 8+ years as a construction manager in industrial settings, and strong contract negotiating skills. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

Competenze

• 12+ years in construction roles (project engineer, site superintendent, or PM).
• 8+ years as construction manager with industrial structures experience.
• Experience with an A&E design-build firm is preferred.
• Experience in industrial sectors (food, beverage, consumer products, pharma) is preferred.
• Project experience on industrial jobs from $50K to $50M.
• Knowledge of process systems and ability to read P&IDs.
• Experience negotiating contracts and compiling bids for final presentation.
• Familiarity with prime contracts, schedules, scopes, budgets, and performance expectations.

Mansioni

• Manage construction projects in food, beverage, and life science sectors in collaboration with in-house design teams and subcontractors.
• Oversee project execution from inception to close-out with planning, scheduling, resources, and budgets.
• Generate accurate monthly project control reports and track costs.
• Oversee safety, quality, and compliance with plans and specs.
• Review subcontractor contracts and proposals for schedule conformity.
• Coordinate subcontractor and supplier requirements to meet project timelines.
• Lead site meetings and progress reviews to ensure on-time delivery.
