Qualifications

• Must have 4–6 years in commercial construction field operations.
• Experience with contract administration and project financials preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and industry software is required.
• Ability to draft subcontracts and change orders for PM review.
• Experience with RFI, submittals, and punch lists is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support PM and Superintendent; coordinate RFIs, shop drawings, submittals and invoices.
• Maintain paperless document systems and project files.
• Prepare trade contracts, bid packages, and procurement support.
• Assist with project closeout, punch lists, and O&M manuals.
• Coordinate insurance, registrations, and owner invoicing processes.
