Job summary

Guidehouse seeks a Construction Project Manager – Mid Level to support large and complex construction programs, including design/build, architecture and engineering, space management, facilities management and leasing. You will coordinate with client leadership and internal teams to maximize program effectiveness and ensure alignment with customer intent.

The CPM – Mid Level will lead multiple projects, develop annual budgets, track metrics, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality

Qualifications

• ACTIVE and MAINTAINED Top Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in construction/architecture/engineering.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and industry project software packages.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for timeliness, completeness, and quality of multiple construction projects.
• Interface with clients to refine requirements and develop budgets.
• Oversee projects with tracking metrics, logs, and schedules.
• Manage leases and tenant-related operations for a portfolio of properties.
• Coordinate design and construction documents with architects and engineers.
