Guidehouse is seeking an experienced Construction Program Manager in Huntsville, AL to lead and manage construction projects from planning through closeout. You will ensure safety, schedule, budget, and contract compliance while coordinating with stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate holds an ACTIVE Top Secret clearance, a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture, and 7+ years of project leadership experience, with familiarity of

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field; FOUR (4) or more years of additional relevant experience may be used in lieu of degree.
• SEVEN (7) or more years of experience managing construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from planning through closeout, ensuring safety, on schedule, within budget, and per contract requirements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to support project execution.
• Oversee site activities, monitor progress, address risks, changes, and field conditions.
• Review plans, specs, schedules, and submittals for compliance with contract requirements and quality standards.
• Track performance, maintain documentation, and provide status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Support procurement, scheduling, inspections, and contractor management throughout the project lifecycle.
