Guidehouse seeks a Construction Project Manager in Huntsville, AL, to support federal construction, design/build, space management, and leasing across large, complex projects. You will lead on-site management during mobilization, construction, commissioning, and occupancy, coordinating with government agencies, clients, and A/E/contractors to deliver results.

The ideal candidate brings 15+ years in construction/project management, a Bachelor's degree, and an active Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree plus 15+ years in construction/project management.
• 15+ years of experience in Construction, Facility or Project Management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site construction during mobilization, construction, commissioning and occupancy.
• Lead multiple projects ensuring timeliness, quality, and delivery.
• Coordinate with government agency, clients, architects, engineers and contractors.
• Develop charters, manage change control and contingency planning.
