Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Construction Project Manager – Senior Level to lead and support large, complex construction projects including design/build, space management, facilities management, and real estate leasing. You will interact with client leadership and internal stakeholders to maximize program effectiveness and ensure projects meet customer intent within organizational constraints.

Qualifications

• ACTIVE and MAINTAINED Top Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree; 4 years’ additional professional experience in lieu of a degree.
• TWELVE (12) years of experience in construction, project management, architecture, or engineering related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and project software packages including Microsoft Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, Revit, Prolog.
• Professional certification required (CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, RA; active real estate license acceptable).
• Role requires 5 days a week on-site in Washington DC and up to 1 week of travel per month.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for the timeliness, completeness, and quality of multiple construction projects.
• Coordinate federal facility management responsibilities including maintenance, funding, risk tracking, and stakeholder communications.
• Interface with clients to refine requirements and develop annual operating and capital budgets.
• Manage leases for a property portfolio and ensure prompt problem resolution by staff.
• Oversee project tracking, meetings, and schedules to meet user needs and priorities.
• Apply project management best practices and change control; develop contingency plans and solutions.
