Job summary

ISI Professional Services is seeking a Construction Project Manager (PM3) to provide program and portfolio management support for a DoD client. The role requires managing schedules, costs, and project performance while delivering executive‑level reporting and strategic guidance.

The ideal candidate will combine a strong construction management background with experience in administrative and program-level reporting, and will lead cross‑functional teams to ensure project success and stakeholder

Qualifications

Strong construction management foundation and program reporting ability.
Experience coordinating with government and contractor teams.
Ability to translate project data into executive summaries and dashboards.

Responsibilities

Portfolio-level construction oversight and data consolidation.
Develop and deliver executive‑level reporting packages.
Track budgets, expenditures, forecasts, and funding utilization.
Own dashboard‑driven portfolio reporting for senior stakeholders using Excel/Power BI.
Analyze project performance data to identify trends and provide recommendations.
Collaborate with facilities and engineering leadership to support program objectives.
