Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management and professional registration required.
• PMP or CCM certification preferred; 15+ years of varied program management experience.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to pass federal background checks required.
• Experience with federal planning, programming, budgeting, and execution sought.

Responsibilities

• Directs subordinate managers on all contract activities within the program.
• Manages stakeholders including client and construction contractors.
• Ensures staffing, safety, quality, and site oversight across multiple project sites.
• Supports development and application of CM processes for Design-Build projects.
