Job summary

Planate Management Group is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to lead large, complex projects with strong oversight of schedules, budgets, and regulatory compliance. The role emphasizes leadership, technical judgment, and the ability to coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7+ years of experience in construction management for multi-million-dollar projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of technical experience in construction management for medium-to-large, complex projects over $50M.
• Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or similar licensure preferred.
• Experience with government contracting and compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor construction requirements, site surveys, and compliance with plans and specs.
• Prepare, update, and manage construction schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Maintain oversight of construction activities, reporting issues to Contractor and Government leadership.
• Address construction issues with technical judgment and propose effective solutions.
• Coordinate and monitor tasks to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and government representatives.
