Job summary

Blue Origin seeks a seasoned construction program manager to lead cross-organizational projects within the FMSO Construction vertical across multiple sites. You will ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and align objectives with senior leadership through robust reporting and risk management.

The role reports to the Sr. Director of Construction and requires strong PM discipline, advanced cost/schedule controls, and the ability to coordinate with engineering, procurement, and EH&S partners.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Construction Management or related discipline required.
• 8+ years in construction project management, with cost/schedule control.
• Experience with project planning across all phases per PM standards.
• Ability to network across multiple stakeholders and drive execution.

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced project management across the full construction cycle.
• Develop and implement process improvements for construction delivery.
• Ensure project control systems are in place and integrated for decision making.
• Lead cross-organizational construction projects with Construction Managers.
• Identify stakeholders' objectives and ensure tasks are tracked per plan.
• Build relationships inside and outside the team to align programs.
• Collaborate with engineering, EH&S, procurement to develop solutions.
• Mentor project and people managers and validate field reports.
• Develop solutions to complex construction problems using data analysis.
• Use advanced judgment to select methods for resolving issues.
• Lead anomaly investigations and recovery plans for schedule/cost deviations.
• Identify lessons learned for future construction plans.
