Job summary

Blue Origin seeks an experienced Construction Program Manager within the Facilities, Maintenance, Security & Operations (FMSO) Construction vertical. This role leads cross-organizational construction projects, coordinating with engineering, procurement, EH&S, and contractors to deliver on time and within budget.

You will report to the Sr. Director of Construction and align with the FMSO-wide program rhythm, providing field-level status, risk reporting, and strategic insights for leadership

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience planning and managing construction projects/programs, including scope, schedule, and cost.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute plans across Initiating, Planning, Execute & Complete, Close-out.
• Ability to build professional networks with Construction Managers, engineers, and contractors.
• Experience with scheduling software and cost/risk tracking tools is required.
• Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills; adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced project management across the full construction development cycle.
• Develop and implement advanced process improvements for construction delivery.
• Ensure project controls and data integration for decision-makers.
• Lead cross-organizational construction projects with Construction Managers.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, EH&S, and general/subcontractors.
• Provide field-level status reporting and risk management updates to leadership.
