Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to drive capital construction projects across facilities. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, coordinating between engineering, procurement, EH&S, and general contractors to ensure on-time, on-budget results.

Qualifications include a BS in Construction Management or related field and 8+ years of experience in capital construction planning, scheduling, and cost control.

Qualifications

• BS or equivalent in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related disciplines
• 8+ years in planning and managing construction projects/programs
• Experience tracking and improving schedule and cost performance
• Ability to deliver plans across Initiating, Planning, Execute & Complete, Close-out
• Strong network-building with stakeholders across disciplines
• Familiarity with scheduling tools like P6 Primavera or MS Project

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced project management across the full construction cycle
• Develop and implement process improvements for construction delivery
• Ensure project control systems are in place and data is integrated for decision-makers
• Lead projects across Construction Managers and cross-functional teams
• Build relationships with stakeholders and align with program management rhythms
• Provide leadership and field-level reporting for program status and risk review
