Blue Origin LLC is seeking a Senior Program/Project Manager to lead a small team in delivering a portfolio of large-scale facilities projects. You will oversee design/build processes, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure compliance with building codes and permits across multiple sites, including Florida.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in progressive PM roles on facilities projects with new construction.
• Experience with projects valued at over $80M.
• Minimum 5 years supervising others.
• Experience with permitting agencies and project stakeholders.
• Experience with RS Means or other cost estimating tools.
• Reading and interpreting building codes (IBC, NFPA, Fire Code).
• Cost and price analysis on contract proposals and change orders.
• Knowledge of AIA contracts and contract vehicles.
• Proven on-time, under-budget delivery (Design-Build or Design-Bid-Build).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate across leadership levels.
• Experience with site planning in campus environments; manufacturing facilities.
• US citizenship or eligible status; Florida licenses or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Familiarity with Primavera P6, PMWeb/Procore/Maximo.

Responsabilidades
