Job summary

Blue Origin LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead campus-level facilities projects from planning through closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, and quality, while coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to keep programs on track.

Demonstrated leadership in complex construction, strong communication, and risk management are essential. The role involves site oversight, regulatory compliance, and regular status reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management (or related field).
• 8+ years of complex facility construction/renovations experience including multiple subsystems.
• Experience leading small- to medium-sized teams.
• Experience with sub-contract management and change control.

Responsibilities

• Provide field oversight and create customized project schedules.
• Negotiate with General Contractors and subs, manage documentation.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and project standards.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and quality across multiple projects.
• Develop progress reports and contingency plans; coordinate stakeholder input.
