Job summary

Blue Origin LLC seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the execution of complex facility projects at our Florida site. You will oversee planning, scheduling, budgets, and quality while coordinating with internal teams and external contractors to ensure safe, on-time delivery of world-class facilities.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organization skills, with hands-on problem-solving in a mission-critical environment.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management.
• 8+ years in complex facility construction and renovations (vertical & horizontal).
• Experience leading small- to mid-sized teams across subsystems.
• Experience in subcontract management: RFPs, specs, SOW.
• Project leadership with stakeholders, manufacturing ops, launch site environment, QA.

Responsibilities

• Provide field oversight and create customized project schedules.
• Negotiate contracts with general contractors and subs contractors.
• Develop and manage project documentation; review regulatory compliance.
• Manage multiple projects, optimize schedules, and progress reporting.
• Lead changes, change orders, and contingency planning; monitor invoices.
