Blue Origin LLC seeks a seasoned Construction Program Manager to lead the FMSO construction vertical across multiple sites. You will drive end-to-end project delivery, coordinate with engineering, EH&S, procurement, and contractors, and mentor project staff to ensure on-time, on-budget performance.

The role requires a BS in a related field, 8+ years in construction program management, and strong scheduling skills using P6 Primavera and MS Project.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience planning and managing construction projects/programs.
• Experience tracking and improving schedule performance and cost/rate management.
• Ability to develop and execute project plans across all phases per PM standards.
• Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills.
• Self-starter with bias for action and accountability.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple field leads and synthesize input into program status.

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced project management across the full construction development cycle.
• Develop and implement advanced process improvements for construction program delivery.
• Ensure all project control systems are in place and integrated for decision-makers.
• Lead cross-organizational construction projects, coordinating with Construction Managers.
• Identify stakeholders and ensure tasks are tracked and reported per plan.
• Coordinate with engineering, EH&S, procurement, and general contractors.
• Mentor Project and People Managers and review field-level reporting.
• Develop innovative solutions addressing schedule, cost, and risk.
