Blue Origin seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction programs within the FMSO Construction vertical. You will lead cross-organizational teams, align schedules and budgets, and drive program-level reporting and risk management for launch-related facilities infrastructure.

The role emphasizes collaboration with engineering, procurement, EH&S, and general contractors, delivering complex projects on time and within budget while mentoring junior managers and ensuring rigorous

Qualifications

B.S. degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related disciplines
8+ years of experience planning and managing construction projects/programs in a capital delivery environment
Experience with P6 Primavera, MS Project, or similar scheduling software
Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Self-starter with strong ownership and accountability

Responsibilities

Apply advanced professional expertise in project management across the full construction development cycle
Develop and implement advanced process improvement techniques for construction program delivery
Ensure all project control systems are in place and integrate project data for decision-makers
Lead cross-organizational construction projects and coordinate across Construction Managers
Mentor Project and People Managers and other project personnel; review field-level reporting for program status
