Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with at least five years of direct project management experience.
• Experience with HVAC, Controls/BAS, Lighting, and Renewable Energy systems is desirable.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical material to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction management of building retrofit projects, ensuring schedule milestones.
• Monitor workforce levels, control costs, and manage scope creep.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and subcontractors.
• Ensure safety procedures and compliance with laws and standards.
• Provide monthly financial status reports and forecasts.
