Job summary

Johnson Controls in Phoenix seeks a Construction Project Manager to lead construction management for assigned projects within Sustainability Infrastructure Building Solutions & Technologies. You will ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, manage scope changes, and maintain strong relationships with customers and subcontractors.

You will perform cost estimating, scheduling, and project controls, and provide monthly forecasts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of direct project management experience in building construction.
• Experience with HVAC, BAS, Fire, and Security systems is desired.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey technical material to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction management of assigned projects to ensure on-time delivery and within budget.
• Control scope changes and document change orders for approval.
• Develop and maintain customer and subcontractor relationships.
• Provide monthly reporting of project financial status and backlogs.
